MINISTRY PARTNER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Amazing Facts seeks a ministry partner relations associate who possesses strong interpersonal skills and who loves the Lord, loves evangelism, and loves people. The ideal candidate is a person capable of facilitating the involvement of a portfolio of 150 or more partners to the ministry. The Ministry Partner Relations Representative reports directly to the Vice President of Ministry Development and collaborates with a team to implement all development and fundraising goals and activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
•Establish annual goals for territory and portfolio partners.
•Develop friends while making in person visits with 20 to 30 leadership partners each month.
•Maintain updated information on our various ministry programs to report back to partners what their gifts have accomplished and any other relevant stewardship information.
•Identify, research, qualify, cultivate and solicit gifts from prospective portfolio partners.
•Make personal contact by special letters, e-mails, phone calls, note cards, etc.
•Prepare proposals on projects and solicitations.
•Use computer system to track all activity with partners and evaluate portfolio reports for planning.
•Promote planned giving opportunities and provide leads to our planned giving department.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent and/or experience in the field.
•3-5 years of previous experience in successful partner relations fundraising
•Pastoral visitation ministry experience preferable.
•Ability to communicate well one on one and to larger groups.
•Proficient with computers and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Excellent oral and written communications skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Agreement with the Amazing Facts statement of faith and core values.
•Office work and extended times of travel visiting partners.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The ideal candidate graphic designer will produce visual solutions based on the communication needs of the marketing department, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designer will have imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits. The designer uses appropriate medium and styles in conjunction with marketing requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
•Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts
•Design and create graphics to meet promotional needs such as advertisements, brochures, posters, flyers, postcards, newsletters, book covers, and websites design.
•Layout text and graphics together in an exceptionally organized, attractive, and professional manner to present the message clearly.
•Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
•Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
•Meet all deadlines set by the marketing director
•Manage Web site updates while maintaining look and feel
•Coordinate e-Newsletter, including design and distribution
REQUIREMENTS
•Experience in graphic design with web site design and updates

VIDEO EDITOR

Amazing Facts Inc. is seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Video Editor for our innovative Creative Production Department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• The Video Editor will work with the Director, designers, and other developers from several different departments to deliver the highest quality visual assets possible for the various creative projects at hand.
• Edit various television shows, commercials, and promotional content using Final Cut Pro, and make refinements as directed.
• Conceptualize and edit high end promotional videos, promos, presentations, commercials, creative filler and other video/audio outreach materials within a tight schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with other designers and producers
• Ability to adapt, problem solve and master new technology
• Willingness to take on new challenges with enthusiasm & work on a tight schedule

• Create 2D or 3D art renders and/or animation in After Effects/Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator and proprietary software, and make refinements as directed.
• Conceptualizes and designs high end promotional graphics for video/film projects, promos, presentations, commercials, creative filler and other video/audio outreach materials within a tight schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Superior design skills - Motion, 3D, Compositing
• Works well with other designers and producers

WEB CONTENT PRODUCER
JOB SUMMARY
The Web Content Producer is responsible for drafting, reviewing and editing content for Amazing Facts (AF) web sites. This position ensures that content is consistent, understandable, accessible and that it maintains AF standards. This position facilitates web content creation for other AF business units in the organization. This position coordinates and produces communications regarding the activities and services of the AF Web Team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, edit and maintain content for all AF sites. Ensure consistent communication and quality across all AF sites. Contribute to other content creation efforts. Assist other groups by editing, reviewing and rewriting content for that group’s web presence.
Interface with the AF Marketing department to assure web content conforms to AF strategic directions.
Assist Web Team with design and construction of web pages on updates, new pages and sites; including graphical design, navigational design and page layout.
Assist Web Team with handling external inquiries sent to AF Webmaster e-mail. Participate in Information Technology and AF workgroups and activities as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or three years of experience preferably in communications, web content management or related field is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Strong grammatical and editing skills required. Excellent ability to write, speak, and use images to clearly and persuasively communicate in technical and non-technical subjects with both technical and non-technical audiences preferred.
Strong analytical skills desired. Capable of integrating technical skills and strategies with business needs analysis and strategic thinking about communication.
Strong initiative and self-starting approach, and ability to operate effectively in an organizational climate of rapid growth and change is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-focused, team environment involving technical and non-technical individuals is essential.
