Rags, Mold and Patches

Scripture: Deuteronomy 7:1-5, Joshua 9:1-27
Date: 12/07/2002
This sermon discusses the treaty Joshua made with the Gibeonites who deceived them. They were not to make treaties with this people, but they did. A contingent of men came from Gibeon with old garments, moldy food, and patched wineskins. They represent our condition before Christ. God has made a covenant with us, sinful people, and He will not break it.
