Amazing Facts and AFCOE in South Africa

Amazing Facts and AFCOE in South Africa
Starting in February, Pastor Doug Batchelor and the Amazing Facts Center of Evangelism (AFCOE) team will be in South Africa to present the gospel in its three largest cities. We expect God to do mighty and wonderful things in this beautiful land known for diamonds and big-game parks.

  • Our AFCOE team is already conducting major evangelism training in South Africa! Please pray for our team and their eager students, as they learn how to reach people for God's kingdom using the same methods Jesus used.

  • On Sabbath, February 20, Pastor Doug and the AFCOE teaching team will conduct evangelism training in Cape Town and conclude in the evening with a city-wide rally.
  • Then on February 23–25, they will conduct an AFCOE to Go evangelism training in the city of Durban with a city-wide revival meeting on the evening of the 25th.
  • Their final stop will be Johannesburg on Sabbath, February 27, where they will once more present evangelism training followed by a revival service in the evening.

Did you know the world’s largest diamond was found in South Africa in 1905? It weighed 3,106.75 carats. From this flawless gem was cut the beautiful Great Star of Africa, now part of the British crown jewels.

As Pastor Doug and the AFCOE team travel to the largest cities of South Africa to point people to the New Jerusalem, a heavenly city adorned with every kind of precious stone, please pray that the brilliant light of the gospel will shine through their work.
